Cant upload item to videohive...

Ive tried filezilla, total commander etc. I can upload smaller files, but recently Im trying to upload 630MB file.

im getting this message:
227 Entering Passive Mode (52,205,47,111,192,95)
553 Can’t open that file: Input/output error

Has someone had this problem?

I’m have that problem in FileZilla:

Status: Disconnected from server
Status: Resolving address of ftp.marketplace.envato.com
Status: Connecting to 52.205.47.111:21…
Status: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server”.
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry…

Its even worse! I dont have problem to connect and upload smaller files.
Damn, website also giving me error at 15%.

Resolved - Uploads via FTP are currently stable.

Identified - Engineers are working on restoring the functionality of FTP uploads.

The problem was fixed, try to upload again.

I can not connect to FTP any more. It was OK last week, but now something is wrong.

Response: 530 Login authentication failed

Tried to make a new API to change FTP password - result is the same.

I guess there is problem not only with ftp uploads. I can’t upload via web form my new project. @matthewcoxy @KingDog can you tell what happening? Thank you!

Well, found it here http://status.envato.com/ too bad that things like this goes unmentioned somewhere you can read them.

Ftp connection fails, 530 Login authentication failed

Hi
Try this:

  • change your username with new one and you must change your password
  • delete old API Key
  • generate the new API Key
  • open FileZilla and put the new username and the new API Key
    For me it’s work…

I have exactly the same problem with this account. With a different account everything works.

I’ve managed to upload via FTP but the files does not show up in the Upload an Item page

I upload the files using FTP, but can not send files. “There was an error processing your item: undefined class/module Item::AsyncFactory”
