can't submit supprt ticket to wp bakery builder even though I just renewed support

I renewed my support for wp bakery builder to resolve my website crashing every time I update it, but when I go to their support, it says I need to renew. Since there is no way to contact them without renewing I can’t talk to them about this, so I’m stuck. what do i do?
