Can't sign up to sell products

I’ve gone through the “Start selling” form about 15 times so far. I have numerous Wordpress plugins I’d like to start selling on CodeCanyon but I’m unable to even see a dashboard to upload any plugins.

Has anybody else experienced this? Do I need to wait for someone to review my account or is there a problem elsewhere?

It is difficult to say what exactly the issue is but are you able to see the dropdown when hovering over your username in the top right corner like in the below screenshot?
