I noticed yesterday that I can’t remove plugins or templates. I also can’t seem to add any menu items.
I don’t know where this is coming from, but it all stared when installing Progressive theme of Themerella and it’s recommended plugins.
Can you please help fix this.
When removing templatesI get ‘Removing undifined failed’ (Verwijderen undefined mislukt in Dutch)
When removing plugins I get the following error very long message:

Hey there, and welcome to the community forums. Indeed, asking for support on the forums is generally not a great idea since each item is built differently and getting help from someone else except the developer isn’t always great! As you said, you purchased Progressive, therefore, ask your question in the Item Comments section of the theme and the author can assist you personally. Cheers!
I asked for support on the support page of the author. But I have been waiting for two weeks and counting now and the author simply isn’t replying.
So what am I to do. Envato kindly gave me a refund on the template, so I can’t go back, but my website is, which I spend six years building, isn’t working either. I am desperate and when I get recommended a forum, which I thought was also for support, I naturally put a support question there.
Sorry I didn’t know you can’t ask for support here.
I think I have missed that part but that’s the one of the problem with refund. No one can check the user’s website if the theme/plug-in or any other item is still in used
