Can't purchase plugin. Says I'm locked out. Help!

I’ve been trying to purchase a plugin for woocommerce all day and every time I put my payment information in and click purchase, I get an error message that I’m locked out of my account. I’ve created 2 new accounts and am getting the same message. I’ve submitted a ticket but haven’t heard anything from anyone. I’m purchasing using a good credit card. Any suggestions? Really want to get this plugin up and running. Thanks in advance.

I am experiencing the same issue attempting to download a theme.

Customer service may not solve the issues for an extended period.

Thanks for the reply. Glad to know it’s not just me, but really hope this gets fixed quickly. Looking for an alternative plug in through other sites, in the meantime, that will work just as well.
