Can't make purchase

Seems to be a problem with the payment portal. I’ve tried purchasing via Paypal AC and CC only to receive a “your payment can’t be made with paypal at this time…” spiel every time, with no further explanation.

Is there a way to actually get in contact with someone from Envato to help?

Discussing the problem with an actual person would be great.
