Can't find track to purchase

Hi,

I have been using an audio preview for an edit. The client has approved, logged in to purchase the music and now I can’t find it. Can anyone help?

The previe file name is;
21967023_education_by__empire__preview.mp3

Am I entirely missing something? I’ve worked and searched this way loads of times over the years. Deadline day… soooo urgent!
