Can't find Purchase Code

some time ago I have buy the crypton theme. But I don’t find the license/Purchase Code.

I don’t find it in my mails or under the download button.

I’m not getting that on my download page Is there a time period to wait for it to display?

The page doesn’t even say downloads on it just the tab selected
