I am trying to find a theme that is like a single-page website where the main navigation links scroll the site top to bottom but also support having links to separate pages. I need a WordPress theme of this but I cannot seem to find any in the huge collection on the main site.
Any help is appreciated.
Just about any of the one page designs can add this functionality - you just modify the navigation to link to a page not a section of the main home page.
In fact many do this by default for portfolio item details or blog post
