Can't Download Template??

After receiving an email about a update for my template I logged in and tried to download and it didn’t work. Does anyone know if this error to download my template is an expiration issue or just simply an error? Here’s the output…

We’re getting this error on ALL of our downloads. No good because I need to use the mockup file I just purchased TODAY.

I am having the same issue with the PixityLand package. Hope this issue will be fixed soon.
