No…not yet… i will since i use chrome mostly…

You are on PC correct?
Can you turn off your firewall and see if you can download?

I am on PC… turn off the firewall…nothing-------i don’t know what to do…

I have the same issue while trying to download files with my Android phone and Chrome, nothing helps. I do see the files ok, but they are not free.
