Hi,
I have an Elements subscription and received this month’s newsletter with links to freebies. When I try to download a freebie, I get a message saying that my account must be verified first and that I should receive a verification email. This email never arrives (I’ve checked my spams). Actually I’m not sure why my account has to be verified because I used to have a paid subscription until next month as I’m more interested now in buying items individually from the dedicated platforms.
Any idea how I can download these freebies?
