Can't change the background colour in the header of Specular

Hi,

I have changed the background colour in my site but can’t seem to change the heading background colour. Check out the link below, the logo background iw white and I want the rest of the header to be the same.

I’ve tried setting the colour via the Header Options but it doesn’t seem to change. Any ideas please?
