Hi there, all searches on how to cancel my subscription lead to nowhere.
I want to cancel it immediately. There is no “My subscriptions” link in th menu.
All google references lead nowhere. How does one contact support? Another hidden link?
When I go to my account it says I have no subscription yet, every month Envato keeps debiting my account.
Go to https://account.elements.envato.com/subscription/cancel
If it says you have no active subscription on the left, then you’re signed into the wrong account.
If you have multiple email addresses, search through them for anything from Envato Elements regarding your subscription. They send a welcome email after signing up titled “Welcome to your new subscription!” Then sign in with that email address.
If you can’t find it, then it’s time to contact support: Envato Elements Help and Support - send them your name, address, and the transaction number for your latest payment.
