Can't acess admin panel

I went up to the administrative panel and I can’t access it.
in the tutorial the user is admin@admin.com password (123456)

I entered phpmyadmin and the user owner@abg-studio.com I reset the password and I cannot access

do you mean administrative panel for your purchased Item? If yes, you should contact the Author.

I contacted the author, but in the comments on the topic I noticed that some people had the same problem and didn’t get a response. That’s why I searched the forum. In this case, it was a hosting error, which corrupted the files during upload and extraction. I lost over 10 hours of work.
