Can't access support "Problem preparing query (SELECT * FROM items WHERE 1=1)"

Not sure where to put this…

I just bought a product on Envato. It says I get 6 months support. When I click the support link, it takes me to a page that says

“Problem preparing query (SELECT * FROM items WHERE 1=1)”

What do I do?

maybe their support forum is down. You can use the item’s comments option to post a comment and let the author know. Hope author will reply there and will assist you.
