Cannot reply!?

In some topics, the “Reply” button just disappears for me. Possibly just in the category “Hangout”. Example:

Is it just me? Am I banned from hanging out?

Just a wild guess, but seems to be a common problem with the “Hangout” category. Same thing with this topic:

Seems to be a bug with Hangouts switching its security level around. I’ll add it to our bug list. Thanks!
