Cannot make contact with PortoTheme

I purchased a product code through themeforest for portotheme. After attaching the code to one website, I have chosen to use a different theme for that site. Is it possible to move the purchase code to another site?

You have to unregister the license from the old one then you will be able to use the license for the another one. If you don’t have access for the old one then you have to contact theme author to assist you on this.

I can’t seem to figure out how to unregister it. Any advice?

Over 10 emails later to Porto Theme, there has been no reply. They don’t list a phone number.

please go to Porto theme comments page and post a comment there and let them know. if the author don’t reply you within 2/3 (at most for business days) days then you can report to envato customer support by opening a Help ticket .
