Cannot make an update via ftp

Hello guys. I’m trying to make an update to one of our items on themeforest via ftp and I get the same error.
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

This is not my first time doing this, but it’s the first time I’m having problems.It’s been a few days now and I can’t seem to find the solution to this issue. I think the problem is the Api key…IDK

If still issues please read carefully troubleshooting guide (if you haven’t already) and work through that to see if it helps.

Hi @milodesigns !
You need to create your token and enter it as a password. Old API do not work for ftp.
