Cannot login to paid account?

I have a paid account registered and am unable to login. I have been using themeforest for years and envato elements, but when attempting to login, I never receive the 2fa code emailed to me. I also tried a password reset but never receive the email.

I have whitelisted do-not-reply@envato.com, still nothing.

I have a paid account with envato. Can I please get some support with this?
