I have spent hours looking for a specific theme but could not find anything. Can you someone suggest a theme for Online Private Tutors and Students?

A website where Students can search for teachers based on a subject and location.
Teachers can search students based on subject and location
Teachers and Students can create their logins and contact each other.

Several people are ask for similar but you will need to take plugins and template and some custom work. There is no out of box solution.
