I’m trying to remove the next 3 pages:

project/why-ipsum-lorem-nulla/
project-category/marketing/
project/10-easy-steps-to-lorem-dolor-glavrida
because they are slowing down my page. But I’m not sure where to find them. I would have deleted them long ago if I could have but they were only pointed out to me today.
Where can I find this ‘Project’ area and specifically these pages and delete them?
I’m not sure if I get this right… This is the Envato team forum right? So I’m right where I need to be for questions like these? The template I’m using is the7 from themeforest/envato.
Just in case i am in the right place after all, I cannot find the online-courses part either.
