Hi I’m a monthly subscriber but I cannot download Lawsight - Law & Lawyer WordPress Theme which is in present in Envato Market but not in Envato Element how can I download it without paying again?

The subscription only applies to themes on envato elements.
Items on Themeforest which are not also on Elements can only be purchased directly as a one off.
