Cannot create login for ThemeSphere support of my CheerUp theme

I have installed the CheerUp theme w/ support by ThemeSphere.

However, I am unable to either log in or register to access that support. The “Verify Purchase” form asks for my Marketplace Username (Envato I assume?) and my purchase code, but it rejects my username. Envato is unable to provide any assistance, and I cannot fill out a contact form or view the support forums without this access.

Any ideas how I can contact the author for help?

Check the documentation for contact information. It should be another way to contact the author
