Cannot confirm my theme support purchase to submit a ticket?

I purchased support. It is current, however, when I go to good layers to submit a ticket, I am asked to confirm my support purchase. The code for the purchase of the theme itself does not work. I have no code for the support I purchased. I tried the option to confirm via Envato. That does not work. It just brings me back to the same ‘submit a ticket’ start page all over again.

How do I confirm my support purchase so I can submit a ticket?
