Today I made a mistake. I accidentally purchased a template while logged into my client’s Envato account. I only realized this after the purchase. I want the template, but on my personal account. I didn’t download the template from the Envato dashboard. Unfortunately, the problem is that the client is a business and received an invoice from Envato that he shouldn’t have. How can I quickly fix this issue so that I can completely remove this transaction from his account and re-purchase the template, but on my Envato account?

Thanks, I did that. The template was not downloaded. How long does it take to cancel an order? I don’t want my customer to have trouble with this because they shouldn’t receive an invoice for my purchase with my card.
It goes to the item author first - may take 2-5 working days to get a respond from the item author. If there’s no reply, you can contact support.
