dear sir i make a mistake ,i do not know the visual composer is the pre-pack plugin , so i purchase it again for my theme .Now i find it is pre pack plugin , so i do not need to reorder that plugin . can i cancel the plugin , and could you pay back me the money ?

You need to submit an official refund request with the author of Visual Composer, outlining the reason why you are requesting a refund. Please note that authors are not required to approve refund requests for a mistaken purchase like yours:
