My item is selling for 20$ and has sold 4 times

Total value of your sales, before taxes: $80.00

Sales earnings this month (September), after associated author fees, & before taxes: $40.00

What is associated author fee and how can it be 50%? I thought it was lower for exclusive authors, as they state:
Our author fee to exclusive authors is between 12.5%-37.5% of the item price.

Why am I just earning 50% of my items sale?

There’s the buyers fee as well, which for your item, is 20% of the total price. If you take the author fee from that 80% that’s left… it will come to 50%.
