Can we use pack of predefined footages i.e. the 100 Fire footages in my template?

I need to know I am going to buy a project which is pack of 100 Fire footage from Envato element, and then create different after-effect templates from these fires for logo reveal there will be aalot of stuff more i.e. the animation of the logo and more effect but will use the footages as well. so say around 50 Templates.

am I allowed for this?
