Can we use element envato items and sell the end product in codecanyon

Hello everyone,
I wanted to publish finish application made through UI designs available in envato elements.
Like consider there is a app ui kit in envato elements. And I want to publish the app code, made through the UI from envato elements.
So is it valid to do this. Like is there is licensing issue in envato elements, for this scenario.

You need permission from the original author and the extended license purchased from graphicriver rather than elements

But the designs that I require are not available in graphicriver. And I also take envato elements subscription. So is there is any solution for that

You can contact support but irrelevant of the extended license you 100% need permission / potentially an agreement or compensation for the original author (esp of the extended license is not available)
