I have created inventory software which was rejected due to coding standard issue and issue were given by
reviewer.
Can i resubmit with the changes same script again ?

Not if it was hard rejected, but if it was soft rejected you can make the proper fixes and resubmit the improved version.
Suggestion were given in comment to implement so can we call it soft reject ?
