If I buy a music track from Envato Marketplace and resell it, then can the person who bought the said track from my website, resell it further to his own clients?

Music bought on AJ cannot be resold. You may however transfer the license to the end user, as long as there is only one end-product associated with the license.

Are you actually re-selling the tracks? This is clearly not allowed
