can I use the old purchased license ?

Hi! Years ago, I bought a regular license for a wordpress theme, then it so happened that I forgot to renew the domain, and I lost it, and I didn’t pay for the hosting either and I lost everything,
Now I want to resume my project again, but under with new domain,
The same topic/project. digital marketing services.
The question is, can I use the old purchased license or I need to buy a new one?
