I use Inkscape to design my web pages. But I saw the manual (http://themeforest.s3.amazonaws.com/108_helpFile/Template.zip) saying to use Photoshop , so i want to know.
Can I use another program instead of photoshop?
Affinity photo can open and save .psd’s if that’s what you are after
