Can i use images from the wp theme i bought in my project?

So, heres a thing. I bought wp theme and in demo content there were few images i would happily use in my website. Is it legal? Or a pictures are just for demo purposes and I must change all demo content? Licenze states:

This theme or plugin is comprised of two parts.

(1) the PHP code and integrated HTML are licensed under the General Public
License (GPL).

(2) All other parts, but not limited to the CSS code, images, and design are
licensed according to the license purchased from Envato.

You need to check with the author of the theme where they came form and what the original license was
