Can I upload mogrt as a premiere pro template?

Let’s say I uploaded a large After Effects template to VideoHive and then uploaded the child templates of that large pack template to both VideoHive and Elements.

Can I upload the same large template and child templates as the Premiere Pro template (which contains mogrt files and not Premiere Pro files) to both VideoHive and Elements?
