Can i upload HTML theme becouse PSD template is hard rejected, what are chances for approving

my PSD is hard rejected so i improved some stuf and now i have HTML of that theme
so what are chances ???

Hard to say…If you have done good imporvements, you have some chances. Standards are becoming higher day by day, so improvement is always necessary. Good Luck!

It really has very little or no chance, but if the template has potential possible, there is no link to say with more certainty.
