can i translate and change the language of the headers of menu's in acadamee?

Hello, i am not working yet with a template. Before i do i want to ask a few things.

Is it possible in the theme “acadamee” to translate or change the language in the header to Duth?
And is it possible if you ha a menu with f.e. 6 scroll down items to be changed to f.e. 4 items

These are some things i want to know.
