Can I transfter license from one site to another?

I need create test site and let customer review, then upload to web host, so can I transfer the license from my domain name to my customer’s ? Thank you.

I think can when your website build finished then you can deactivate license and transfer to other/client domain then active again.If you want you can ask this question to your chosen theme comments tab they can help you best.
