Can I sell whole ecommerce website and not only the theme?

Hello,
I recently finished to modify all source files and DB on Prestashop 1.6 in order to achieve a simple way of selling fruits and vegetables online.

I believe my website can be useful to many people. Since, as I see things, selling fruits and vegetables online does not require so many functions as it requires for example selling clothes online.

My questions is: Can I start selling this website on Envato Market?

If user buys it, he/she gets the whole website including DB.

Why this cant be sold just as a theme? Well, in order to get the result as it is now, it requires many core modifications ad DB modifications.

Highly doubt it would be approved as your item needs to function with standard features and without the need for database expertise to use it
