Dear All,

I am working on (Serif Webplus X6) program to create websites in (HTML) format. Can I sell my HTML website template created by program above in themeforest marketplace or not ?

No.

Those kind of programs pretty much suck. The code they output doesn’t follow coding standards, the CSS is inline (in the style attribute for the element), there’s no organization, all elements are absolutely positioned so if you want to add another line of text somewhere you’ll need a few hours to do it…

I can suggest you to polish coding skills because your layout is not good at all. Also check a difference between look and feel of your template and of any one from Themeforest.

You’ll need to write the code by yourself.

Look into HTML, CSS, JS (basics is enough) and jQuery. That’s pretty much all you need to code a HTML template.

When you get some basic knowledge in those, buy a few HTML templates and look at the code, that’s always a great source of information.

Learn a bit about code structure and organization as well.

It’s all pretty much simple, a few months of learning to be able to make an HTML template, but you’ll never “learn” you’ll always be “learning”, things change at a quite fast pace in web development.
