i was wondering all i see here is php scripts can i sell django apps or scripts for example or nodejs
and is it worth it or should i go to learn php better ?

Yes, you can but you need to know any JS Framework. I mean say Django with Vue.js or React.js integration. Someone already sell some scripts like as Find Doctor - Web Application using Django and ReactJS. Your backend application should be Django platform. I hope so you get a point. Thanks
