I am wondering if its possible to sell an php script ( that i developed and own ) which is some kind of video sharing platform that look like youtube .

is there any copyrights ?

You can, unless it’s exactly copied from YouTube (artwork, HTML). You can take inspiration from other sites when creating a new theme.
