Can i refund buyers money ?

Hi there,

I am having a buyer who use to purchase software and provide negative feedback very often. He change feedback every now and then, some times with 1 star some times with 3 star some times even with 5 then change back to 1.

The way he send me PM and change rating seems he is kind of sick.

Is there any way to avoid such buyers ? I mean can author reject the ability of buying or bought items for some peoples ?

The only way you can refund is if the buyer asks for a refund.

If a buyer is abusing the rating system, contact envato support.
