Recently I removed one of my item from codecanyon, because. i am not able to provide new updates to my buyers after I removed my item not available to my buyers. now I want to publish again with the new update, canI do it.

You need to contact the support. They could enable the item again.

No, you can’t. if you have once deleted an item, you cannot restore it. As far as I remember, at the time of deletion, you can see this warning.

It stated that “deleted item cannot be resubmitted” but may be re-activated. I got the item restored in the past years ( once or twice ) deleted by mistaken.
