Hey,
If I wanted to use a video as a template for a video I’m developing, can I be supplied the working files and linked files so I can update and amend as I see fit?
The end video will be used commercially so I understand there may be licensing licensing fees. I have a small budget, so that is why I’d like to use a video as a template and build on it.
