Can I purchase Any PSD Template then convert it into wp theme for themeforest?

I am just wondering if I purchased any psd template then convert it into wordpress by following themeforest theme instruction. So it will be approved or there will be copyright kind of issues? Please guide me

You need to contact the PSD designer first before doing it. If you will just convert it to WP directly and submit to TF you will be in trouble.
