I am about to produce an educational series for children of 20 chapters, it is a personal and amateur project, all the chapters will be different but with the same intro and end. I have 2 questions about it.

1. People who buy the product will download all the chapters. What type of license do I need?

2. Can I modify the song in any way? Maybe by increasing voices or musical instruments?

No. Audio changes are not allowed. You can only buy a license for the track in its original form. The track is the final recording and cannot be resold or remixed with your vocals, etc.

This is strictly prohibited! (except for overlaying SFX on the track).
