Can I legally use my JavaScript plugin from CodeCanyon in a ThemeForest theme I’m building?

Hi everyone,

I recently uploaded a JavaScript plugin on CodeCanyon, and now I’m working on a new theme that I plan to upload on ThemeForest. I’d like to include my plugin in this theme, but I want to make sure I’m doing it legally and following the platform rules.

Does anyone know if I’m allowed to bundle the plugin with the theme, or if there are specific guidelines I need to follow.

According to Envato policy, you can include an item already sold on Envato in your template or code if you have the author’s permission. Since this is your own item, there should be no issue.
