Can i get refund or alternate theme purchase?

Unfortunately i have purchased a theme which is not compatiable with WordPress, I have choosed another wordpress theme. Is it possible to get refund of my previous purchased theme so that i can buy newly choosed theme?

If you are eligable to get a refund then you can request for refund. Can I Get A Refund is an explantion of the refund policy, requirements, process and a button linking to the request form.
